INTRODUCTION
The product uses three kinds of solution, namely A, B and C, which are internationally used. A and B are used as make-up, additives of both A and C are replenished based on the nickel ion concentration, simple operation.
  1. Especially for electroless nickel plating on aluminum and its alloy.
  2. Less contamination to the following acid electroless nickel process or other electrolytic plating.
  3. Excellent adhesion.
  4. Excellent process for complicated workpieces.
  5. Also be used for electroplating of other substrates.
  6. Low operating temperature.

EQUIPMENT
Tank: PP, PVC or PE with high density.
Rack: PP, PVC or 316 stainless steel. Keep the workpiece vertical in the bath, and the distance between two adjacent parts is at least 10mm.
Air agitation: properly and homogeneously air agitation in both main tank and auxiliary tank.
Circulation: 3-4 times every hour.
Addition system: PP, PVC or PE used for charge pump.
Filtration: continuous, filtered with a 10 micron filter cotton or filter bag.
Ventilation: required
Heat system: required
ANALYSIS AND REPLENISHMENT
The Ni2+ standard concentration of working solution is 6.0 g/l, analytical method of Ni2+ concentration:
  1. Pipette 5 ml bath into a 250 ml Erlenmeyer flask.
  2. Add 50 ml DI water.
  3. Add 10 ml ammonium hydroxide (28%) then shake.
  4. Add 0.2 g ammonium violet indicator then shake.
  5. Titrate with 0.05M EDTA standard solution from light brown to light purple end point, the calculation is based on the amount of EDTA.
Additions of A (ml) = Additions of C (ml) = (6 - EDTA dosage x 0.59) x 13 x volume (L)

OPERATING GUIDELINES
  1. Tank should be immersed in nitric acid (1:1) and rinsed with water before use.
  2. The bath temperature should be maintained at 29-35ºC, too low of temperature will result in a slow deposit rate, and too high temperature will cause a breakdown of bath.
  3. Adjust the pH value with ammonium hydroxide and sulfuric acid (20%) and keep it between 9.0 and 9.5 to ensure the speed of plating. Low pH value causes slow plating speed, and high pH value causes the breakdown of bath, thus the pH value should be determined with pH meter.
  4. Avoid the inclusion of heavy metal impurities and surfactant.

RC-2003B is an alkaline blue liquid with plastic drum packaging. The packaging specification is 25 kg/pcs.
RC-2003C is an alkaline blue liquid with plastic drum packaging. The packaging specification is 25 kg/pcs.
